A Message from Our Founder & CEO
One of my favorite quotes is “You don’t have to see the whole path; you just have to be brave enough to take the next brave step.”
A new year provides an opportunity to take that next step with humility, respect, forward thinking and innovative problem solving. In an environment defined by rapid change, heightened expectations, and complex public and private challenges, our commitment remains the same as it always has: provide thoughtful counsel, clear communication, principled and sophisticated marketing strategies grounded in integrity and results.
In the months and years ahead, we look forward to continuing our work alongside clients-partners who value collaboration, accountability and impact. Thank you for the opportunity to do so.
See you along the path,

Century Communities Demolition of Continental Theater
Our client partner Century Communities has begun the demolition of the former Continental Theater site to make way for a new residential development that will bring approximately 326 apartment homes to the area. The project represents a significant step in transforming a vacant property into much-needed housing that supports neighborhood growth and long-term community vitality.
As communities continue to evolve, thoughtful redevelopment plays a critical role in meeting housing demand while reinvesting in local neighborhoods. Century Communities’ plans for the site reflect a commitment to creating livable, connected spaces that serve future residents and contribute to the broader fabric of the community. We’re proud to support Century Communities as they advance projects that help shape the next chapter of local development.
Our team partnered with Century Communities to support construction-start communications, which included attending city hall meetings to advocate for rezoning in early stages of the process, advising the team on messaging and managing all press efforts and inquiries. Read the full story here.
Morgan Adams Foundation Making a Difference
We’re proud to partner with The Morgan Adams Foundation, a Colorado nonprofit committed to funding innovative pediatric cancer research that saves and improves young lives. By supporting cutting-edge studies and bridging gaps in early-stage research, the Foundation helps accelerate breakthroughs that give families hope when they need it most.
A recent story highlights the Foundation’s real-world impact: a New Castle family credits a “miracle” treatment outcome to research funded by The Morgan Adams Foundation. Stories like these illustrate how targeted investments in science and collaboration with top clinicians can transform pediatric cancer care and give children a chance at healthier, longer lives. We’re honored to support an organization making such a meaningful difference for kids and families across the country.
As the Foundation’s media partner, we worked closely with The Morgan Adams Foundation team, along with ambassador families, to share their stories and the impact the organization has made on Colorado families and beyond. Read the full story here.

dovetailers Travel to Arizona
Jack Holleran recently returned to his alma mater, Northern Arizona University, for a full circle moment. Invited by a former professor, Jack spoke to two capstone classes in the School of Communication, as well as the PRSSA student group, sharing insights on transitioning from college to a professional career, navigating the differences between in-house and agency roles, and what a day in the life of a PR professional really looks like.
Jack encouraged students to find mentors, trust their instincts and embrace curiosity at every stage of their journey. The visit was a reminder of the impact of paying it forward and the power of sharing real-world experience with the next generation of communications professionals.

Volunteering with CODA Construction at Food for Thought Denver
We teamed up with our client-partner CODA Construction for an early-morning volunteer session at Food for Thought Denver, an organization dedicated to combating weekend hunger for Denver schoolchildren. By packing “PowerSacks”—care packages of nonperishable food for students in need—we joined CODA in supporting a grassroots, 100% volunteer-run effort that ensures kids don’t go hungry when school is out.
Partnering with our client-partners in initiatives like this allows us to make a meaningful impact in the communities that serve us. It’s a reminder that strategic community investment isn’t just about giving back—it’s about rolling up our sleeves and creating change alongside the partners who share our values.
Whitney Staying Involved with Mile High United Way
Whitney recently volunteered at the Children’s Holiday Party, Metropolitan Denver United Way’s largest community outreach event of the year. The annual event brings families together during the holiday season and features a United Way–supported toy store where parents can select new, age-appropriate gifts for their children—ranging from toys and books to larger essentials like bikes and strollers—along with holiday activities, a visit with Santa and a shared meal for families.
Whitney volunteered as a gift specialist, supporting families by helping them navigate the toy store, connecting them with the right items for their children and assisting with organization and restocking to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all attendees.
Giving Back This Holiday Season
This year, we contributed to Colorado Gives Day on behalf of our clients in lieu of holiday gifts! Through these donations, we’re proud to support organizations making a tangible difference in our communities:
-
Food for Thought: Provided power sacks for two classes for two months, helping ensure kids have nutritious meals.
-
Craig Hospital Foundation: Supports comprehensive, family-centered care for individuals facing spinal cord and brain injuries.
-
Denver Children’s Advocacy Center: Covers the cost of intake and onboarding for children’s therapy services.
-
Food Literacy Center: Helps empower kids to confidently ask for fruits and vegetables outside of class, encouraging lifelong healthy habits.
It’s a privilege to give back in ways that support education, health and community wellness—reflecting our mission to create meaningful impact both inside and outside the office.
