My first 90 days at dovetail have been nothing short of amazing! One thing that has stood out to me is how much collaboration shapes the work we do here. Whether we are bouncing ideas off one another, bringing different perspectives to the table or supporting each other through challenges, I’ve already seen just how much stronger our work can be when everyone contributes their individual strengths.
I’m so grateful to be part of a team that values teamwork, learning from each other and finding creative solutions for our clients. I’m excited to keep learning from the wonderful people around me and seeing what we can accomplish together.

Twenty years ago, dovetail got its start in a small office on the second floor of Larimer Square in downtown Denver. We always hoped we’d find our way back someday. Now, that full-circle moment is here.
