A Message from Our Founder & CEO

Gratitude.  It’s a feeling never shared enough, and it makes this world go ’round. I feel it literally everyday. I feel it for the community who has embraced us, for every individual who all have supported us along the way, for the incredible dovetail solutions team who shows up with heart and drive every day, and for our many client-partners who entrust us with their stories and their vision and I am so grateful for our Board of Advisors, who give up extraordinary amounts of time throughout the year to be a part of our family. Each relationship has shaped who we are and what we stand for.

To be a dovetailer means more than simply doing the work. It means believing in the power of connection, collaboration and impact. It means leaning in with optimism, creativity and commitment to making a difference together, all while providing the very best service we possibly can, everyday. This spirit is at the core of everything we do and it is what has carried us forward through two decades of growth, resilience and superpower. We are just getting started.

With momentum on our side and a team that is stronger than ever, we have no intention of slowing down. The next chapter is about building on the foundation we’ve created while continuing to grow, innovate and serve in ways that matter.

Celebrating 20 Years at the Denver Botanic Gardens

What a night. We could not have imagined a better way to celebrate dovetail’s 20th anniversary than gathering at the Denver Botanic Gardens Summer Concert Series with Andy Grammer. It was a joyful evening surrounded by friends, partners and colleagues who have been a part of our story over the past two decades.

We are deeply grateful for this community and for the relationships that continue to make dovetail what it is today. Thank you to all who joined us in marking this milestone. Here’s to the next 20 years of connection, growth and impact.

With more than 25 years of experience supporting small businesses and advancing economic opportunity, Eric has built a career focused on strengthening underserved communities, particularly through Hispanic homeownership and financial inclusion.

We are proud to celebrate our client-partner Century Communities on the grand opening of its new home collection at Windler in Aurora. The launch showcased innovative single-family homes at attainable prices along with community amenities designed for connection and the Colorado lifestyle.

As part of the celebration Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman joined the event and highlighted Windler as an exciting addition to the city’s continued growth as both an economic hub and a promising destination for attainable homeownership.

With four distinct home collections and amenities including parks, trails, pickleball courts, a pool, a bike pump track and more, Windler offers a vibrant and connected community for Colorado families.

Bryan Construction, in partnership with Colorado Springs School District 11 and CRP Architects, and with oversight from the Colorado State Fire Inspectors, Colorado Springs Fire Department and Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, proudly celebrated the grand reopening of Jenkins Middle School in Colorado Springs. The extensive renovations put student safety first, created dynamic and modern learning spaces, and signal a lasting investment in the success of students, educators and the broader community.

This summer our client-partner CODA Construction marked 17 years of serving the greater Metro Denver community. Since its founding CODA has built a strong reputation for quality, collaboration and commitment to excellence in every project. We were proud to celebrate this milestone alongside their team and recognize the lasting impact they continue to make in the region.

dovetailers were honored to attend the 22nd annual Morgan Adams Foundation Concours d’Elegance, an evening that brought together a remarkable community in support of kids and families facing cancer. The event was both inspiring and energizing as we witnessed the passion and generosity of so many coming together for a common cause. Our partnership with the Morgan Adams Foundation continues to make a meaningful impact by helping drive awareness and funding for critical pediatric cancer research that advances treatments and gives hope for better outcomes.

Our team had the privilege of joining The Morgan Adams Foundation at the Motorized Madness Media R/C Challenge hosted at Children’s Hospital Colorado. The event brought together pediatric cancer patients, medical professionals, researchers and community members for an inspiring morning focused on raising awareness for pediatric cancer research.

It was an honor to take part and to see the mission of The Morgan Adams Foundation in action. We are grateful for their continued leadership in advancing research and supporting children and families facing cancer.

 

 

As part of the annual Day of Caring, a multi-project volunteer initiative across Metro Denver, including Boulder and Broomfield counties, Whitney dedicated her time to supporting A Precious Child.

She helped process incoming donations, sort clothing by type and size, conduct quality checks, and prepare goods for distribution. These donations are made available at A Precious Child’s Donation Center, where referred families can shop—free of charge—for the items they need most.
