A message from us
As we approach the end of another exciting and productive year, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we have undertaken together. The holiday season is a time to celebrate the moments of triumph, acknowledge the challenges we’ve overcome, and express gratitude for the collective effort that has brought us to where we are today, nearly 19 years and counting.
This year has been a testament to the resilience and dedication of each member of our team. The hard work, creativity, and commitment have not only propelled our company forward but has allowed us to continue operating in a supportive and thriving culture we can all be proud to be a part of.
Looking ahead to next year, I am filled with optimism about the opportunities that lie before us. Together, we will continue to revolutionize, elevate, and achieve new milestones that will shape the future of our firm and the work we do with our client partners, as well as our community.

How we’ve elevated
Our firm continues to grow and increase our bandwidth of operations. Through our impressive team of talented professionals, dovetail solutions is serving new clients in Illinois, Florida, South Carolina, California and Colorado. This expansion comes after years of dedication to our home state and California client partners, and the determined growth we’re projecting for the future of our comprehensive work.
Joining our team this quarter is Whitney Conaghan. Whitney joined dovetail solutions with an advanced foundation in social media strategy, relationship building and incredibly versed writing. We’re excited to welcome Whitney to Colorado and introduce her to the fast-paced array of clients we serve.
As we look to the new year, our very own Founder & CEO, Andy Boian will become the Chairman of Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District. We look forward to supporting him in this endeavor and being a part of this great community/neighborhood in Denver.
Strategic Community Investment contributions
Strategic Community Investment is at the foundation of dovetail’s legacy and impact. This year was no different as our team worked alongside many organizations and events that serve to better our communities. Here are a few highlights:
dovetailers volunteered with SafeHouse Denver which supports hundreds of adults, children and youth with services like emergency shelter, non-residential counseling and advocacy, access to resources, and extended stay housing. We also donated during Colorado Gives Day, providing a number of nights of emergency shelter for survivors.
We also volunteered with Food For Thought which nourishes individuals and families experiencing hunger. Every dollar helps them provide enough food for three nutritious meals and gives immeasurable hope to people who otherwise might not know where their next meal will come from. During Colorado Gives Day, we also donated, equaling ~3,000 meals provided.
In California we support Food Literacy Center, whose mission is to inspire kids to eat their vegetables and teach children in low-income elementary schools cooking, nutrition, gardening and active play to improve their health, environment and economy and Girls On The Run Greater Sacramento, an organization designed to enhance participants’ social, emotional and physical skills to successfully navigate life experiences.
Clients in the spotlight
Our client partner, Canvas Credit Union, was recognized for their incredible impact from the Canvas Community Classic and Championship Saturday – two events bringing together whole communities to celebrate high school athletics and financial education.
Our client partner, Walt Rakowich, hosted incredible leaders on his podcast, Off the Rak, this quarter. From Steve White to Lorii Rabinowitz and Dr. Joe Sanders, a wealth of knowledge was shared this quarter, with more to come!
