Rachell brings more than 15 years of experience helping organizations tell their stories, navigate ambiguity and build meaningful relationships with the people who matter most to their business. After originally joining dovetail solutions in 2013, she is honored to return as Director of Client Services, bringing with her a decade of additional leadership experience spanning strategic communications, marketing, public affairs and nonprofit development.

A natural relationship-builder and collaborative problem solver, Rachell thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. She loves bringing order to complexity by mastering processes, improving team efficiencies and delivering outstanding client service. Recognized by clients and colleagues for her calm, decisive presence under pressure, Rachell believes the best client partnerships are born from trust, curiosity and shared ownership. She enjoys asking good questions, challenging assumptions when appropriate and helping clients uncover hidden opportunities.

As a mom of four amazing children, Rachell proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Bal Swan Children’s Center, where she supports development, fundraising and communications initiatives. The neuro-inclusive preschool has been delivering innovative, inclusive early childhood education for North Metro Denver since 1963.

A political science graduate of UCLA, Rachell competed for four years as an NCAA Division I volleyball player, including a once-in-a-lifetime visit to the Final Four. Following a brief stint with the U.S. Women’s National Team, Rachell has continued supporting the game as a longtime coach for local competitive club volleyball teams.

Outside the office, Rachell can usually be found quilting, baking or chasing adventures with her family.
