Since joining dovetail solutions in 2021, Carri has been instrumental in fostering a
people-centric culture that drives growth and innovation. With a keen focus on
automating traditional HR processes, she continues to transition the company from a
tactical model to one that prioritizes its people and enhances productivity. As the
Director of Operations, Carri oversees the day-to-day functions of the firm, ensuring
optimal performance in support of the Founder & CEO and President/COO.

With over 17 years of experience in education prior to her corporate journey, Carri led
numerous initiatives aimed at improving educational processes. A proud native of
Missouri, she now resides in Colorado, where she has dedicated nearly two decades to
serving others. A passionate advocate for children’s welfare, Carri actively volunteers in
her community, always ready to champion the cause of the underdog.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Carri is a devoted wife and proud mother of an
extraordinary teenage daughter, as well as a stepmother to two wonderful teenage
boys. She cherishes family time, often attending her children’s sports and activities. In
her leisure, Carri enjoys cooking, running and immersing herself in a good book,
continually seeking new adventures and experiences.
