As the director of operations and human resources, Carri leads all efforts in the people services area of our business. She facilitates daily functions in operations and provides strategic counsel to the CEO and COO on company-led initiatives.

For the previous 17 years, Carri has been an educator and faculty lead on a significant number of new processes. While Carri is a native of Missouri, she calls Colorado home, and has a nearly two-decade long career dedicated to the service of others.

Carri is a dedicated and fierce advocate for children and their well-being. She often volunteers in areas she finds rewarding for herself, her family, and her community, and will never say no to the chance to fight for the underdog.

Carri is a wife and proud mother of an incredible teenage daughter, a stepmother to two wonderful boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending the sports and activities of her children. She is an accomplished cook, and an avid reader.
