With dovetail since 2021, Carri ensures dovetail solutions is people-centric and drives growth with a focus on automating traditional HR processes and shifting the company from a tactical administrative business to a focus on its people and productivity. She is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure it is performing to its best potential, keeping the client experience great and team productive in an all-inclusive effort to support the Founder & CEO and President/COO on company-led initiatives.

Previous to joining the corporate world, for more than 17 years, Carri was an educator and faculty lead on a significant number of new processes in education. A native of Missouri, she calls Colorado home and has a nearly two-decade-long career dedicated to the service of others. Carri is a fierce advocate for children and their ongoing and long-term well-being. She often volunteers in areas she finds rewarding for herself, her family, and her community, and will never say no to the chance to fight for the underdog.

Carri is a wife and proud mother of an incredible teenage daughter and a stepmother to two wonderful boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending the sports and activities of her children. She is an accomplished cook, runner and avid reader.
