how we’ve elevated
In an effort to continue our growth and further build upon our mission of delivering exceptional communications and strategic solutions, we’re thrilled to share that we welcomed two new vice presidents to our team. With their diverse backgrounds and wealth of experience, Lauren Simpson and Trina Foster bring fresh perspectives and invaluable expertise to our firm. Their leadership will help us expand our impact, enhance client partnerships, and continue to set the standard for industry excellence nationally, and in each market we serve specifically. We’re excited to have them on board as we move forward in achieving even greater success together.
With three decades of corporate and agency experience, Trina Foster brings incredible value to our team. Trina has worked with top brands such as Merrill Lynch and UBS, and her ability to navigate complex communications challenges makes her a strategic advisor for businesses of all sizes. Trina’s leadership further strengthens dovetail solutions’ position as a leader in the communications landscape.
As the Mayor of Arvada and an active community leader, Lauren Simpson has extensive experience in public service and advocacy. She’s deeply involved in organizations like the Arvada Jefferson Kiwanis Club and A Precious Child, and serves on several boards. Recently selected for the prestigious Bloomberg Harvard Cities Leadership Initiative, Lauren’s dedication to improving her community is clear. We’re thrilled to have her expertise in communications and public affairs as we continue to grow.
We are honored to announce that our firm has been recognized as a finalist for the ColoradoBiz Top Company Awards. This recognition highlights our firm’s dedication to excellence and we are incredibly proud to stand among such outstanding businesses. Thank you to ColoradoBiz for this honor, and to our clients, partners and team for your continued support!

We had the opportunity to observe a Colorado Springs Fire Department training exercise at our client-partner, Bryan Construction’s, downtown Colorado Springs development, The Hunter. This seven-story project encompasses 290,000 square feet, a pool deck, clubhouse with private dining, gym, ski simulator and more! Thank you, Bryan Construction and Colorado Springs Fire Department, for hosting such an informative demonstration!
Our team was honored to attend Butterfly Pavilion’s incredible Butterfly Ball. The gala was a spectacular success, bringing together supporters to celebrate and fundraise for Butterfly Pavilion’s world-changing research and conservation efforts. We are thrilled to share that the fundraising goal was surpassed, ensuring continued support for this important work. Congratulations to Butterfly Pavilion on an unforgettable night!
strategic community investment
We had the incredible opportunity to volunteer with Food for Thought Denver several times this year, an organization that has become a crucial lifeline for the community, serving 75 schools across the Denver area. Completely volunteer-driven, Food for Thought Denver is on a mission to close the weekend hunger gap for students who may not have enough to eat once the school week ends.
Our team is proud to volunteer with Safehouse Denver, the only organization in Denver offering a complete continuum of care for adults and youth affected by domestic violence. Community investment is at the heart of our mission and this year marks more than a decade of partnership with Safehouse Denver.
We attended the 40th annual Denver Rustlers event. This event continues to bring together hundreds of business and community leaders to support and celebrate Colorado’s bolstering agricultural community.
