We continue to enjoy working with the best client partners anyone can ask for, we introduced more crisis management resources, welcomed two new #dovetailers and made impactful community investments. To highlight our crisis and issues management services, we’ve rolled out a new crisis management page that showcases our offerings and expertise. Leading the team is Andy Boian, founder & CEO, alongside Emily Teiffel, president/COO, and Katie Lindquist, director of client services. Together, our team has more than 34 years of experience in complex and high-profile crisis management. The bottom line is, if it’s important to your team, it’s vital to ours.

We are thrilled to welcome client services partner, Anna Jacoby, and executive leadership coach, James Perez Foster, to the team.
Fueled by the ever-changing landscape of the food and beverage industry, Anna Jacoby brings an exciting energy to our team. She kicked off her career by navigating the barriers brought on by the global pandemic by collaboratively introducing new business models, utilizing media relations and social media. She brought to dovetail her experience in stakeholder communications, content creation and media relations. Anna has quickly become an integral member of our team.
James Perez Foster is a multi-disciplined senior executive, growth-stage operator and entrepreneur with over 30 years managing complex, scalable teams (public & private) companies. James works with management teams to optimize organizational behaviors and define key market engagement strategies. James has founded and/or structured go-to market strategies for multiple companies focused on disrupting traditional business models.
strategic community investment contributions
Our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve is vital to our team. We recently sponsored the 123rd PGA U.S. Amateur Golf Tournament at Cherry Hills, which fully funded three scholarship opportunities with the Cherry Hills Palmer Scholarship Foundation. The scholarships are granted to deserving student employees at Cherry Hills Country Club to assist in furthering their education and professional development.
