about Jennifer Bulotti
As the president of dovetail solutions, Jennifer provides marketing and PR counsel to clients and helps guide the company’s business development and strategic initiatives.
A California native with more than 30 years of experience in public affairs, public relations and marketing, Jennifer is based in the dovetail Sacramento office.
Jennifer’s experience includes work on behalf of organizations in the high-tech, biotech, financial services, land use, hospitality, automotive, philanthropic and entertainment industries, among others. In addition to extensive private-sector experience, Jennifer has helped facilitate local, statewide, and national public information and community relations campaigns ranging from land use and social justice to public infrastructure, capital improvement, and transportation.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in organizational communications from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA).
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys international travel and outdoor activities including running, cycling and golf. She has also earned her black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Jennifer supports organizations committed to supporting children’s initiatives and the fight against human trafficking through prevention, rescue, restoration and reintegration programs.
As part of her philanthropic work, Jennifer is owner/CEO of 3 Strands Shop (www.3StrandsShop.com), a California-based company dedicated to combating human trafficking through sustainable employment opportunities to support survivors of human trafficking and those in at-risk communities around the world. She is also the co-founder of 3Strands Global Foundation, a nonprofit formed to offer human trafficking prevention education in schools. Jennifer is the former board president, marketing chair and Western delegate for the American Heart Association (Golden Empire Division), and is a founding board member of Hope Productions, a nonprofit dedicated to raising nonprofits to the next level by training 22 selected organizations how to raise funds, market, manage financials, navigate donor relationships and create greater engagement in their communities. She has also served on the Sac Region Brandathon committee and volunteers with several community organizations in Northern California.
