Client Services Partner
As one of dovetail’s client services partners, Erin joined the team in our Sacramento office. Drawing on her career in business development, marketing and advertising, she has a keen eye for opportunities to advance target audience engagement. Living in Sacramento for the last 18 years, she is very in tune and connected to the community allowing for valuable and strategic insights.
Before joining the dovetail team, Erin worked for Comcast as a digital strategist and was responsible for developing and managing data-driven digital marketing campaigns and furthermore, consulting with clients and reporting on analytics and attribution. She was also integral in training all account executives and sales managers in best practices and was a source of expertise for the local organization.
Her work with CBS Radio additionally developed her passion working directly with clients to move their businesses forward. Here, she worked with large, national brands like McDonald’s and Lexus to advance marketing initiatives as well as assisted in coordinating events with 15,000 plus attendees. Erin began her career as a project manager and editor in the direct mail and print industry for one of the largest print companies in Northern California.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Sacramento in Organizational Communication with a minor in Spanish and is advanced in speaking, reading and writing the language. In her junior year, she was part of an immersion program and had the opportunity to live and study in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Outside of dovetail and in true California fashion, Erin enjoys yoga and trips to the beach. She was a makeup artist for many years and still enjoys staying up to date on trends in the industry. Born in Greenwich, Connecticut, she enjoys traveling to visit her family who still live all across New England. Erin is a new mom and she and her husband are enjoying watching their son grow.

Erin is extremely involved in Sacramento’s philanthropic community and is tied to causes affecting women and children, particularly those that are facing homelessness. A longtime volunteer of Saint John’s Program for Real Change, she has worked in the job readiness program teaching women work and computer skills to prepare them for interviews. She assists in all large fundraising events that the organization holds and is a Girl Scout Leader for the young girls of the program. Erin currently holds the seat of vice president of the Sacramento Echelon Board of the Salvation Army whose focus is alleviating homelessness in our community.
