Experience working with digital advertising and customer acquisition strategies including SEM, SEO, social, funnel development, branding, automated marketing platform development, web and OTT helps transforms clients into the mixed-media and digital world

As one of dovetail’s client services partners, Erin is located in our Sacramento office. Drawing on her career in business development, marketing and advertising, she has a keen eye for opportunities to advance target audience engagement.

Erin’s core expertise is in creating brand strategies and digital, social and advertising campaigns to transform ideas into ROI. She has extensive experience as dovetail helps to transform the retail industry through their client, the Global Market Development Center (a premier global retail trade association) through the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the firm’s B2C and B2B clients as they move increasingly to online marketing channels.

One of her most critical roles at dovetail is reporting on analytics and attribution to ensure client ROI and brand awareness. She is also integral in sharing best practices as a source of expertise for dovetail clients.

Before joining the dovetail team, Erin worked for Comcast as a digital strategist and was responsible for developing and managing data-driven digital marketing campaigns as well as consulting with clients on creative approaches.

Her work with CBS Radio additionally developed her passion working directly with clients to move their businesses forward. Here, she worked with large, national brands such as McDonald’s and Lexus to advance marketing initiatives as well as assisted in coordinating events with 15,000 plus attendees. Erin began her career as a project manager and editor in the direct mail and print industry for one of the largest print companies in Northern California.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Sacramento in Organizational Communication with a minor in Spanish and is advanced in speaking, reading and writing the language. In her junior year, she was part of an immersion program and had the opportunity to live and study in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Outside of dovetail and in true California fashion, Erin enjoys yoga and trips to the beach. She was a makeup artist for many years and still enjoys staying up to date on trends in the industry. Born in Greenwich, Connecticut, she enjoys traveling to visit her family who still live all across New England.

Erin is extremely involved in Sacramento’s philanthropic community and is tied to causes affecting women and children, particularly those who are facing homelessness. A longtime volunteer of Saint John’s Program for Real Change, she has worked in the job readiness program teaching women work and computer skills to prepare individuals for interviews. She assists in all large fundraising events that the organization holds and is a Girl Scout Leader for the young girls in the program. Erin currently holds the seat of vice president of the Sacramento Echelon Board of the Salvation Army and focuses on alleviating homelessness in our community.
