Ryann Anderson brings significant experience to the dovetail team in developing and managing client-based marketing, public relations and communications. Work in the publishing and technology industries has provided unique expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, as well as a working knowledge of marketing through all forms of traditional and social media. However, it is her most recent work in green building and urban planning communities of Colorado that has ignited her passion for linking professional aspirations to civic and social responsibility and ultimately, that brought her to dovetail solutions.

As owner of a marketing firm, Ryann gained first-hand knowledge of what it takes to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with those she serves. While representing a green-building client in Boulder, she partnered with Fox 31 and Channel 2 to successfully co-develop, launch and oversee the first annual “Home Green-Over Project." Positioning her client as the general contractor for the event, her efforts generated significant leads, raised awareness for the company and established her client as an expert in retrofitting homes to achieve greater comfort, health, and energy efficiency.  She has also worked with the owner of a local mobile wood-fired oven manufacturing business, dramatically increasing sales through developing white-label franchise opportunities, staging training events and implementing extensive national marketing programs. Prior to forming her own company, Lucky Cat Creative Solutions, Ryann held marketing management positions with EcoSmart Homes, Ecofutures Inc., Avnet Technology Solutions and CK Media.

Ryann, a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology. She is an accomplished equestrian, a passionate photographer and itinerate traveler, and is hard at work improving her skiing, cycling and dancing skills. While she has never met a spreadsheet she didn’t like, she loves getting away from her computer to spend time with friends, family, and the community at large.

Through her leadership roles in the Boulder Green Building Guild and the Boulder Chamber of Commerce’s 2140 group, as well as with various nonprofits and associations in Boulder, Ryann has demonstrated a unique ability to match community and social needs with the goals and objectives of local corporations, helping to create synergistic situations for all involved. She currently serves as the marketing committee founding chairperson and board member of Boulder 2140, the young professionals affiliate of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. She has led its rebranding effort as well as developing and executing an integrated marketing plan for its monthly events. The result has been a dramatic increase in membership, community support and sponsorship. As co-chair of the third annual Boulder Green Building Guild Product and Service Fair Committee, Ryann oversaw the development of the brand as well as a comprehensive media campaign that resulted in a 30% increase in public attendance and a 50% increase in profits. Finally, Ryann led the PR efforts for Boulder's Present Tense Films & Discussions group, which led to sold-out film screenings and 2008 election events at the Boulder Theater. Through her work at dovetail and her upcoming transition from Boulder to Denver, Ryann hopes to take her community involvement to new heights.
