Specializing in public relations, positioning, branding and “Strategic Community Investment,” dovetail solutionsTM has offered its clients a unique agency experience for the past five years now, dovetailing and harnessing elements from the corporate, non-profit and public sectors. According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, 50 percent of small businesses fail within the first five years. Moreover, three out of the five years dovetail solutions TM has been operating, the economy was in a recession, presenting the company with even longer odds of success. Nevertheless, the firm has endured and even thrived, increasing its client base over the past two years by 46 percent. dovetail solutionsTM has also established a national presence by opening an office in San Francisco and has plans to open an office in Washington D.C. in July 2010. “The work we do is strategic, effective, and generally leads to a more sophisticated approach to branding and community investment,” said Andy Boian, Founder and CEO. “This unique approach to the traditional PR agency model is the reason I believe we have been able to not only maintain operations, but also grow our operations significantly.” Boian founded dovetail solutionsTM in 2005 with a vision of establishing a bond between community, business, and government. With clients from numerous industries and parts of the country, dovetail solutionsTM seems to have found a niche in the PR world. “What we offer our clients isn’t merely media relations and traditional concepts of branding,” Boian said. “We ask our clients to look deep within to find those core beliefs and values of the company, then we identify opportunities and align internal resources to take advantage of willing partnerships in the community. In turn, our clients benefit greatly in areas that traditional PR cannot offer alone.” dovetail solutionsTM has partnered with numerous non-profit organizations and has made a large impact on the community through volunteer work and partnership programs. The actions of its employees are consistent with the recommendations given to its clients, displayed by their dedication to 44 different organizations and committees throughout the Denver area, including the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, the Downtown Denver Partnership, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Denver Public Schools Foundation’s School Partners Program. In 2009, dovetail solutionsTM was recognized for its involvement within the community and non-profit organizations with the Partners in Philanthropy Small Business Award from the Denver Business Journal. Not only does the dovetail team get involved by volunteering with the community, it incubates a non-profit organization called the Young Philanthropists Foundation (YPF), founded by Alexis Boian in 2005. YPF is devoted to engaging young children in philanthropic actions that guide them in giving back to their community. Penny Harvest, YPF’s signature fundraising event where young children collect idle pennies for local charities, has donated over $100,000 in the past five years. dovetail solutionsTM also helped to launch ExecConnect, an exclusive group of executives, community leaders, and business owners with a mission to connect leadership to the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Assurity Financial Makes Unconventional Move to Assist Abandoned Borrowers
August 21, 2009 - Englewood, CO – Mortgage banker Assurity Financial Services, LLC has recently stepped forward to help homeowners and mortgage brokers who were left without home loans after their lenders went out of business, literally overnight. During a time of unprecedented turmoil for the mortgage lending industry, the Colorado-based mortgage banker is making an unconventional move to accept appraisal transfers from other institutions, including those that have failed.
Recently, the nation saw its fourth largest wholesale lender and third largest FHA lender fold, leaving tens of thousands of borrowers who were promised loans, out in the cold. “We have been buried with inquiries from borrowers and their brokers pleading for help,” stated Calvin Hamler, Assurity Financial CEO. “Many have been told by their banks and other lenders that they will have to start all over again and potentially pay for another appraisal.”
Hamler, a former Wall Street veteran who co-founded the firm on the premise of conservative FHA, VA and conventional lending over 7 years ago, has made the bold decision to allow for appraisal transfers, which can significantly reduce the time and lower the cost it takes for consumers to obtain the much needed financing for their homes.
“I think about the family that has a purchase contract on a home and finds out that their lender has just gone out of business,” said Hamler. “They don’t need to be told to start the lengthy process all over again and unnecessarily pay for a second appraisal. They need a lender who can cut through the red tape and get their loan closed on time, and that’s what we’re here to do.”
Headquartered in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Englewood, Colorado, Assurity Financial Services has been serving borrowers across its multi-state footprint since 2002. It is the premier provider of suitable home mortgage loans, offering financial stability for its customers by providing an extensive mix of well accepted, safe, conventional and government loan types. Assurity Financial Services is the lender of choice, enabling customers to intelligently maximize their opportunities in a free market environment.
