Gordon is a nationally recognized executive coach and workplace expert, and currently manages dovetail solutions’ executive leadership coaching practice. He has appeared in over 100 business publications and websites, including Kiplinger, Chicago Tribune, Fortune, Inc., Success, Yahoo’s Hot Jobs, TBD.com, and the Wall Street Journal. He is a best-selling author (Random House/Doubleday), has appeared on CNN numerous times, and has been featured on over 500 radio shows. For the last 5 years, he has appeared weekly on KWGN-TV in Denver as “The Career Coach.”

Prior to becoming an executive coach in 1997, Gordon was an award-winning executive in corporate America.  He received such honors as Top Business Developer for Haworth, a $2 billion manufacturer of office furniture, and the Presidents Club Award at Entex, a $2 billion provider of IT consulting services.

Making a Difference

Gordon has volunteered his time to help under-served individuals, including disadvantaged teens and convicted felons, find rewarding careers through Workforce Development Offices in Colorado.  He provides training workshops and speaks to various schools, associations, and nonprofit organizations. He has also been involved with the local Boys Club, Rotary, Sertoma, among other community organizations.
