We take you through several exercises are meant to extract the most relevant information in the context of your organizational goals. Plan

A strong plan is the cornerstone of any endeavor. The Initial Consultation gives us the building blocks to develop the appropriate plan to meet your business challenge. dovetail solutions takes what we have learned and turns it into a viable working document that becomes the "road map" for the remainder of our relationship together. We study your competition, analyze your target audiences, create comprehensive messaging and develop necessary strategies for success. The plan serves as a valuable guide for taking your organization from where it is now to where you want it to be in the future.

Implementation

Next, we begin to implement the plan. We start executing on the agreed-upon strategies and tactics, maintaining steady communication with and within your organization. Implementation includes weekly status calls and status reports, on-site meetings, as necessary, and detailed records of all tactics and activities. We let you know what we’re doing.

Analysis

Finally, we analyze the results with you. Have we executed the strategies? Have the intended results been achieved? Did we meet the objectives we set out to meet? We answer these questions together and make necessary adjustments as we continue the process.
